Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Part-Time Educator at Rice Village in a contract role through February 2027. You will deliver top-tier customer service, share product knowledge, and connect with guests while representing our community and culture.

The Educator will move on the shop floor, support store operations, and collaborate with teammates to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have proof of the Right to Work and evidence relating to local requirements (EMEA only)
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to deliver world-class service and product education
• Provide technical product education by articulating value and benefit
• Facilitate seamless end-to-end guest experience including omnichannel programs
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage guests and attend to store needs
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to address issues and "make it right"
• Collaborate with team to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations
• Perform product presentation, restock, and use in-store technology
• Maintain clean luxury environment and adhere to safety policies
