Job summary

lululemon seeks an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our retail stores. You will educate guests on product benefits, engage with the community, and support omnichannel programs like buy online/pickup in store and ship from store.

You will move across the floor to assist guests and collaborate with leadership to ensure outstanding service. Expected to provide exceptional service, adhere to store policies, and contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience, valuing guests’ time.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefits of the product.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and assist store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to address issues.
• Use in-store technology to support operations and ensure smooth transactions.
• Perform cleaning tasks and maintain a luxury store environment.
