Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest service in our stores. You will educate guests on product benefits, assist with purchases, and support store operations with a positive, inclusive attitude.

As a member of the store team, you’ll move around the floor to assist guests, share knowledge about performance fabrics, and participate in a culture that values integrity, teamwork, and enthusiasm. Flexible scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering world-class customer service and guest experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with a luxury setting.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and value guests’ time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
• Facilitate seamless end-to-end guest transactions and omnichannel programs.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to make it right.
