Job summary

H&S Energy is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet customers, handle cashiering, and maintain store presentation. The role emphasizes friendly service, accurate transactions, and promoting promotions while upholding safety standards at a busy fuel station.

You will manage POS transactions, assist with food/beverage stations, stock displays, and ensure the store remains clean and welcoming. Weekend availability is preferred and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
• CPR and First Aid training a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with enthusiasm and professionalism to create a welcoming environment.
• Operate the POS system accurately for all transactions and give correct receipts.
• Stock shelves and maintain displays to be visually appealing and properly priced.
• Prepare and maintain all self-serve and ready-to-eat food/beverage stations.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across the store and fueling area.
