Qualifications

• Handle transactions accurately at the POS and gas pump.
• Maintain friendly communication with customers at all times.
• Follow store policies and safety guidelines.
• Ensure products are stocked and presented attractively.
• Perform routine cleaning and equipment checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience; greet Guests with a warm, authentic hello.
• DipSide preparation of shakes/malts, cups/cones, sundaes, sodas and hand-packed items.
• Efficient operation of POS system and gas console; process transactions and make change.
• Stock shelves, maintain dip cabinet, and rotate stock properly.
• Maintain store security and monitor cash handling procedures.
• Keep the store and parking lot safe, clean, and organized.
• Complete time records and the Customer First Document accurately.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by Management.
