You will handle shakes, cones, POS and gas sales, merchandise stocking, and maintain security and safety procedures. Must be at least 16, able to operate POS, and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• NOTE: You must be at least 16 years old to work at United Dairy Farmers.
• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to see well enough to operate store equipment, including POS terminal, gas console, check identification documents and to use price book.
• Ability to handle coins, currency, checks, credit transactions, coupons and food stamps, recognize denominations and accurately make change.

Responsibilities

• Overall Guest Services: provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests with a warm, authentic hello.
• DipSide Guest Services: prepare shakes/malts, cups/cones, sundaes, sodas and hand-packed containers.
• Efficient operation of POS system and gas console: authorize and record transactions, handle payments and coupons.
• Stocking Merchandise: keep shelves, dairy cases and freezers filled and presentable.
• Security: monitor guests to minimize shop-lifting and manage cash drop procedures.
