lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest service in our retail stores. You will share top-quality product education and connect with guests while embodying our community and culture.

In this role, you will engage on the floor, support store operations, and contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have the Right to Work evidence and comply with local requirements (EMEA only).
• Must be able to travel to assigned store with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience while respecting guests’ time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
• Facilitate a seamless end-to-end guest experience with omnichannel options per company standards.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to take action.
• Collaborate with team to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations.
• Maintain store presentation and perform inventory/restocking tasks as needed.
