Job summary

lululemon Athletica is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our retail stores. You will educate guests on product benefits and connect with the community while upholding the brand’s culture and standards.

You will move through the store to assist guests, manage end-to-end transactions, and partner with leadership to address feedback. A flexible schedule and team-oriented mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the store country
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have right to work documentation (EMEA only)
• Must be able to travel to assigned store with own transport
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Willing to work in environments with bright lights and loud music
• Willing to move through a store to assist guests and complete tasks
• Willing to lift boxes up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg)
• Team player who can work independently

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and value guests’ time
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits
• Facilitate seamless guest experiences with omnichannel programs per standards
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage guests and attend to store needs
• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to resolve issues
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment
• Collaborate with team to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations
• Perform product presentation tasks and restock items to maintain floor display
• Use in-store technology to support operations and guest services
• Perform cleaning and safety tasks to maintain a luxury environment
