Responsibilities include preparing class plans, demonstrating proper technique, tracking attendance, and reporting issues. Certification in group fitness and CPR/AED are preferred, and availability during Health Club hours is expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, engaging, and inclusive group exercise classes.
• Prepare class plans suitable for participants with different fitness levels.
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and safe equipment use.
• Modify exercises to support participant needs.
• Create a positive and encouraging member experience.
• Track class attendance and communicate participation trends.
• Assist with opening/closing responsibilities when assigned.
• Communicate scheduling needs, coverage concerns, and facility issues.
