Job summary

The Downtown Family YMCA in Richmond is seeking part-time, energetic group exercise instructors to lead a variety of group exercise classes for our community members. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends is essential.

Base pay ranges from $20-$23 per hour, with an advanced instructor rate of $27-$31 per hour depending on certifications and qualifications. CPR, AED and First Aid certification are required to be considered for this role.

Qualifications

• Must hold current, nationally recognized group exercise certification (documentation required).
• Must hold current CPR, AED and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead a variety of group exercise classes for members.
• Work flexible hours including mornings, nights and weekends.
