Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking part-time, high-energy group exercise instructors to lead a variety of group classes in a welcoming community setting.

Instructors must hold current group exercise certification, CPR, AED and First Aid. Availability mornings, nights or weekends is preferred. Pay ranges from $20-$23 per hour, advanced roles $27-$31 per hour based on qualifications.

Qualifications

• Must hold current, nationally recognized group exercise certification (documentation required).
• Must hold CPR, AED and First Aid certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead a variety of group exercise classes.
• Work flexible hours including mornings, nights and weekends.
• Maintain safe, engaging classes and communicate effectively with members.
