Principal Objective of Position: The Groundskeeper maintains the grounds of the property and works towards the common goals of satisfactory cash flow, positive resident relations and optimal resident retention.

• Collaborate & Lead: Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance community experiences and feedback.
• Monitor & Report: Track community metrics and provide insights to continuously improve our approach.

What We’re Looking For:

Work Hours & Benefits:

• Hours: Monday - Friday and every other Sunday 1pm - 5pm
• Benefits: We offer holidays off.
