Principal Objectives of the Groundskeeper

The Groundskeeper maintains the grounds of the property and works towards the common goals of satisfactory cash flow, positive resident relations, and optimal resident retention.

What You'll Do

• Monitor & Report: Track community metrics and provide insights to improve our approach.
