Job summary

MMS Group is seeking a part-time Groundskeeper for a 120-unit residential property in Lake Charles, LA. You will help maintain the interior and exterior areas to preserve curb appeal and cleanliness.

Key duties include daily cleaning of common areas, reporting maintenance concerns, assisting with trash removal, and performing other groundskeeping tasks as needed. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial, landscaping, general labor, and groundskeeping.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning: Daily cleaning of all common areas; dust, sweep, wet mop, vacuum, and empty garbage.
• Reporting: Report maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Trash removal: Daily removal and proper disposal of litter and debris in interior common areas and assist with exterior grounds maintenance.
• Additional Duties: Perform other duties as outlined in the job description.
