• Assist with apartment turnovers and curb appeal improvements.
• Coordinate with Property/Service Manager on maintenance needs.
• Respond to emergencies per policies and procedures.
• Attend required in-service trainings and follow company policies.
• Contribute to resident satisfaction by meeting or exceeding expectations.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
