Job summary

Full Circle Communities in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking a part-time Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior and interior cleanliness of two properties. You will perform landscaping, litter removal, snow removal, unit turnover support, and routine maintenance to keep areas safe and welcoming for residents and staff.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and ability to work outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of groundskeeping, landscaping, and custodial practices.
• Ability to operate basic hand and power tools safely.
• Attention to detail in identifying property maintenance and safety issues.
• Ability to work outdoors in various seasonal weather conditions.
• Basic communication skills to read maintenance forms and warning labels.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to remove litter, debris, and pet waste.
• Maintain landscaping by weeding, pruning, and planting flowers or shrubs.
• Perform seasonal upkeep including snow and ice removal for sidewalks and entrances.
• Complete final janitorial touch-ups in vacant units to ready for move-ins.
• Identify and report maintenance concerns or safety hazards.
