Job summary

Full Circle Communities is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain two Kalamazoo County properties, Pinehurst and Maple Grove Village. You will perform exterior maintenance, landscaping, trash management, and interior custodial tasks to keep the property inspection-ready daily and welcoming for residents and staff.

This full-time role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to operate basic hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform physical labor and grounds tasks safely.
• Experience in groundskeeping or custodial work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Walk property daily to remove litter, debris, and pet waste.
• Maintain landscaping: weeding, pruning, planting shrubs, and cleanup.
• Perform trash management and custodial tasks in common areas.
• Assist with unit turnovers and minor repairs as needed.
• Ensure safe storage of cleaning chemicals and follow safety guidelines.
