Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Experience performing duties described in this job.
• Requires a valid state driver's license (to operate a 15-passenger vehicle or CDL with no restrictions for 24-passenger vehicle).

Responsibilities

• Performs minor grounds maintenance to keep entrances/exits clear of debris and sidewalks free of ice/snow.
• Maintains buildings, grounds, fixtures, and utilities.
• Ensures children and youth know how to evacuate the bus and documents drills monthly.
• Notifies supervisor of hazards, malfunctioning equipment, or other issues.
• Works indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions; may drive off-base in a controlled traffic environment.
