You will help guests, stock shelves, maintain backstock, and support front-end operations to keep the store running smoothly. Ideal candidates are friendly, team-oriented, and able to handle physical tasks like lifting up to 60 lbs and moving stock carts.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Effective communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to bend, kneel, stand, push/pull stock carts and operate pallet jack for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Provide polite, friendly interactions with guests.
• Stock, rotate, and condition all grocery product on shelves.
• Maintain neat and safe work area for guests.
• Maintain organized backstock in the backroom.
• Minimize damage and shrink through inventory control and proper product handling.
• Assist with unloading and verifying merchandise upon delivery.
• Maintain sanitation standards on sales floor and backroom.
• Communicate temperature problems to supervisor (dairy/frozen).
• Perform front-end duties to ensure no noticeable wait.
• Order product for aisles as assigned by management.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
