Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. constantly 60 lbs. occasionally.
• Knowledge of grocery operations and stock rotation.
• Ability to work well with others and learn multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide polite, friendly interactions with guests and co-workers.
• Stock, rotate, and condition grocery products on shelves.
• Maintain neat and safe work area for guests.
• Keep backroom backstock organized and inventoried.
• Minimize damage and shrink through inventory control.
• Assist with unloading and verifying merchandise on delivery.
• Maintain sanitation on the sales floor and in the backroom.
• Communicate temperature issues to supervisor.
• Perform front-end duties to keep wait times low.
• Order product for aisles as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
