The GIANT Company is seeking a detail-oriented team member to accurately select GIANT Direct orders in our Red Lion store, maintaining safety and sanitation standards. You will greet customers, match items to online orders, and help customers pick up orders with a friendly, can-do attitude.

Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to use computer systems, and reliability in a fast-paced retail environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to use computers and other communication systems required to perform job functions.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must meet company policies and safety regulations in order to complete duties.
• Must be able to use or learn equipment and tools used to perform this job.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Match items from the online shopping list to customer orders.
• Shop multiple orders using designated tools and equipment.
• Substitute items for customers when requested.
• Assist in picking up orders at designated spots or drive-through.
• Bag and label merchandise for customer pickup; ensure proper storage.
• Follow safety and sanitation practices and company policies.
• Collaborate with team and participate in special projects.
