Job summary

C.A. Fortune is a national consumer-centric integrated commerce agency hiring for a part-time Grocery Merchandiser in the West Houston area. You will manage retail tasks, build distribution, and report via mobile apps while traveling within the territory.

The role demands strong communication, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and reliable transportation. Compensation is $19 per hour, with benefits like PTO, 401(k), and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver license.
• Proof of automobile insurance.
• Ability to drive to stores in assigned territory to complete retail tasks & audits.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions independently.
• Previous retail, sales, or merchandising experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gain and maintain product distribution by establishing relationships with store teams.
• Sell, merchandize, and gain/maintain distribution within accounts.
• Conduct audits in area grocery stores.
• Travel to and between store locations within the designated territory.
• Verify that our clients' products are accurately represented on store shelves.
• Maintain a safe working environment while working in the stores.
• Stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift regularly up to 50 pounds.
• Attend client kickoff video calls and team check-ins as required.
