Job summary

Advantage Solutions in McLean, VA is seeking a Grocery Merchandiser to join our store teams. You will refresh shelves, reset displays, and ensure product presentation aligns with plan-o-gram guidelines. This role requires reliable transportation, punctuality, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the stamina to stand for long periods.

Typical hours are 24–28 per week with no nights, weekends, or holidays. You will work with Team Lead instructions, set price tags, and maintain clean displays while

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Be punctual and able to work early shifts each week.
• Must have own reliable transportation.
• Physical job requiring lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours daily and perform stooping, walking, bending.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing market needs.
• Responsible with strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Take out old products and replace with new products and perform Reset.
• Follow Team Lead instructions with Plan-o-gram to reset and stock specific areas of the store.
• Hang, attach or replace price tags on merchandise when missing or requested to change.
• Clean display cases, shelves, and aisles.
