Advantage Solutions is seeking a Grocery Merchandiser to join our team in Fredericksburg, VA. You will replace old products with new ones, follow plan‑o‑gram instructions, stock specific areas, and ensure price tags are correct. You will also keep displays clean and organized, supporting overall store presentation.

The position requires punctuality, in-store presence 24–28 hours per week, and reliable transportation. Early shifts are needed; nights, weekends, and holidays are not required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand/walk for up to 8 hours daily.
• Own reliable transportation required.
• Early shifts; no nights, weekends, or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Take out old products and replace with new products and perform Reset.
• Follow Plan‑o‑gram instructions to reset and stock designated areas.
• Hang, attach or replace price tags when missing or requested.
• Clean display cases, shelves, and aisles.
