Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a Grocery Merchandiser in Smyrna, Delaware, working 24-28 hours per week in-store with no nights, weekends, or holidays. You will reset shelves, stock areas per plan-o-gram, and replace price tags while maintaining clean displays.

Reliable transportation is required, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours daily. This role emphasizes customer service, teamwork with store personnel, and consistent, punctual attendance to ensure merchandise

Qualifications

• Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
• Be punctual and able to work early shifts each week.
• Candidates must have their own reliable transportation.
• This is a physical job and requires lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours daily and perform repetitive tasks.
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing market needs.

Responsibilities

• Take out old products and replace them with new products and perform Reset.
• Follow instructions from Team Lead with Plan-o-gram to reset and stock specific areas of the store.
• Hang, attach or replace price tags on merchandise when missing or requested to change.
• Clean display cases, shelves, and aisles.
