Job summary

Smart & Final is seeking a Part-Time Associate for store 331 in Banning, CA. The starting rate is $16.90 per hour, with duties including customer service, stocking, cash register operations, and maintaining a clean store environment.

The role reports to the Store Manager and supports daily store operations. Applicants should be able to read/write English, lift up to 60 pounds occasionally, and provide friendly, helpful service to customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally and up to 45 pounds frequently.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to customers and support store operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a store section and stock merchandise using proper equipment; ensure accurate pricing.
• Operate a cash register and handle cash/credit transactions; assist customers to vehicles if needed.
• Keep store clean and sanitized according to management directions.
• Support inbound inventory, displays, and promotional setups; assist with end displays.
