You will cook burgers, sandwiches, breakfast items and specials on a flat-top grill, maintain clean stations, follow recipes, manage portions, assist with stocking, and support events. Some mornings, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience in a grill cook or line cook position.
• Experience in golf course or clubhouse setting is a plus.
• Ability to operate grill equipment and kitchen tools safely and efficiently.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items on a flat-top grill.
• Follow standard recipes and portion controls to ensure consistent quality.
• Ensure food is cooked to proper temperatures and plated appropriately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area; follow sanitation guidelines.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory/receiving.
• Coordinate with staff to fulfill food orders efficiently.
• Help train seasonal staff on grill operations if applicable.
• Other duties as assigned.
