Job summary

Eurest is hiring a part-time Chef for the Thomson Reuters Eagan Cafe in Saint Paul, MN. Schedule: Mon-Fri 2:00 PM - 7:30 PM. Requires 1 year of high-volume kitchen experience and grill expertise. Location: 625 Westcott Rd, Saint Paul, MN 55123.

Pay range: $18.00–$21.00 per hour. Online applications accepted only. As part of Eurest, you will direct kitchen operations, supervise cooks, ensure food safety and quality, and help develop menus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Grill experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates and evaluates assigned kitchen, food production and food-service associates.
• Supervises, coordinates and participates in activities of cooks and other associates engaged in preparing, cooking and serving food.
• Efficiently prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies and utensils and ensures proper serving temperatures.
