Eurest is hiring a part-time CHEF for the Thomson Reuters Eagan Cafe in Saint Paul, MN. The role requires 1 year of experience in a high-volume kitchen with grill experience. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–7:30 PM. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour. Online applications accepted only.

Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates and evaluates assigned kitchen, food production and food-service associates.
• Supervises cooks and hourly kitchen staff, including scheduling, payroll and training.
• Efficiently prepares high-quality food items according to recipes to meet production and service schedules.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control and sanitation; maintains serving temperatures.
• Recommends recipes and menus and handles other duties as assigned.
