Enterprise Mobility at Honolulu Airport Alamo Rent a Car is hiring a Part Time Greeter. This position pays $18.56/hour and requires 30–39 hours per week, with two schedules available: 5:00 PM–11:00 PM Wed–Sun or 10:00 AM–6:30 PM Fri–Mon.

The Greeter delivers friendly, efficient service throughout the rental process, welcomes customers, assists with directions, and supports a smooth vehicle flow while maintaining our customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work 30-39 hours per week based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members to the facility when they exit the bus or arrive on the lot.
• Direct customers to exit booth and provide local directions and maps.
• Provide return directions where applicable and assist with questions to minimize counter visits.
• Communicate customer service issues to management.
• Ensure hang-tag information is completed correctly.
• Thank customers for their business.
• Provide upgraded vehicles on request.
• Perform other customer service-related duties to meet customer needs.

Overview

Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Greeter - Hiring Immediately! This position pays $18.56 / hour and is located at the Honolulu Airport - Alamo Rent a Car location (96819).

The Greeter provides superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process. Assists in making all transactions quick and efficient. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards. Creates and maintains a friendly, efficient environment for all customers.

This role is available as regular full time which include the following benefits:

This is a part-time position requiring a 30-39 hour work week. Two schedule options are available:

• Schedule 1: 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Wednesday through Sunday
• Schedule 2: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Friday through Monday
