The Reynolds and Reynolds Company in Dayton, OH is seeking a Graphic Design Winter Intern to support our in-house Design team. You will help create print and digital marketing materials, including brochures, direct mail, website graphics, social media content, and flyers, translating concepts into engaging assets that reflect our brand.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed degree in Graphic Design.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Strong typography and layout skills.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Knowledge of XD and After Effects is a plus.
• Portfolio or samples of school projects (digital or print) required.

Responsibilities

• Support in-house Design team to create marketing materials for print and digital channels.
• Design brochures, direct mail pieces, website graphics, social media content, flyers, and other assets.
• Transform messaging concepts into engaging marketing assets that communicate our brand.
• Collaborate with Design and Marketing teams to deliver high-quality visuals.

Job Description:

As a Graphic Design Winter Intern, you will support our in-house Design team in creating engaging marketing materials that promote Reynolds and Reynolds products, services, and initiatives. You will be responsible for designing clear, visually appealing communications for both print and digital platforms, including brochures, direct mail pieces, website graphics, social media content, flyers, and other marketing materials as needed. Working closely with the Design and Marketing teams, you will help transform messaging concepts into creative marketing assets that effectively communicate our brand and engage our target audiences. If you are a creative, detail-oriented individual looking to gain hands‑on design experience in a collaborative environment, this could be the opportunity for you!

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, or have a completed degree


• Organized, with strong attention to detail


• Possess strong typography and layout skills


• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop


• Knowledge of XD and After Effects is a plus


• Portfolio or samples of school projects (digital or print) required
