Job summary

Hirepros.pro is seeking a Government Contracts & Business Development Specialist to help build and execute our government contracting strategy. This part-time role requires hands-on experience with government procurement, certifications, and vendor registrations.

The position can be in-person in Brooklyn, NY or remote, with 20–25 hours per week and U.S. Eastern Time availability. Compensation is based on experience and results.

Qualifications

• Experience in government contracting, procurement, or business development.
• Familiarity with certifications and vendor registration processes.
• Strong research, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to make the organization fully contract-ready, including certifications, registrations, and required documentation.
• Research and complete government certifications and vendor registrations.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date contract readiness materials.
• Identify and evaluate government contracting opportunities.
• Support subcontracting, partnerships, and proposal efforts.
• A detailed responsibility sheet will be provided during the interview process.
