• Active bar admission in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements including government contracts and service agreements.
• Ensure contracts align with policies, risk tolerance, and strategic goals.
• Identify regulatory risks and develop practical mitigations.
• Develop and review internal contract templates and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contract compliance.
