Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a gospel-centered Assistant Program Director in Des Moines to support the Program Director and Leadership Board. The role is part-time and requires active church involvement and strong administrative skills.

The candidate will help manage LifeWise 5 L's, coordinate logistics, and support fundraising and communications with schools, families, and volunteers, to advance Bible education in public schools.

Qualifications

• A mature personal Christian faith in agreement with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith
• Active participation in a local church aligned with LifeWise Academy beliefs
• Leadership experience in professional or volunteer roles
• Experience with spreadsheets, virtual meeting platforms and Google Workspace

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Director in managing LifeWise 5 L's: Leadership, Location, Logistics, Loot and Language
• Support planning, scheduling and coordination for program activities
• Coordinate fundraising and budgeting with the leadership team
• Communicate effectively with schools, families and volunteers
