You will create and optimize campaigns (200+ setups and 200+ ongoing manages), craft ad copy, and drive conversions with robust tracking and analytics using Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and GA tools.

Part-time role 9:00–13:00 PT, with potential to move to full-time. Remote work supported from Canada or elsewhere.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience running Google Ads campaigns.
• Proven track record of 200+ campaigns created from scratch.
• Extensive experience managing 200+ Google Ads campaigns.
• Deep expertise in lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Creation: Develop Google Ads campaigns from scratch, focusing on lead generation and ecommerce.
• Optimization: Continuously optimize Google Ads campaigns for diverse niches to achieve best performance.
• Ad Copy Development: Craft compelling ad copy that drives clicks and conversions.
• Conversion Rate Optimization: Enhance landing pages to increase conversion rates.
• Tracking & Attribution: Implement and manage proper conversion tracking and attribution methods.
