Esplanade at St Marys in St Marys, GA is seeking a part-time Golf Course Starter/Ranger to welcome guests and ensure a smooth start to play. You will explain daily rules, manage starting sheets, and keep groups spaced on the first tee.

You'll tour the course, assist players to maintain pace, and complete daily golfer tracking reports. This role offers fellow staff interaction and a hands-on introduction to golf club operations within the Troon family.

Qualifications

• Starts players on the first tee, explaining the rules of play for the day.
• Maintains an accurate starting sheet so the whereabouts of players are known.
• Cues groups to move to the first tee and makes sure not more than one group is on the tee at a time.
• Tours the golf course, assisting players when needed to maintain the posted pace of play for the day.
• Maintains proper spacing on the golf course to avoid delays.
• Completes the golfer tracking report on a daily basis.
