Job summary

Malbon is seeking a Sales Supervisor for our Nashville boutique to lead on the floor, coach the team, and ensure an authentic, elevated customer experience aligned with our brand. This part-time, in-store leadership role requires a hands-on presence, flexibility across mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a passion for golf, culture, and premium service.

You will partner with the Store Manager to monitor KPIs, assist with inventory, merchandising, and events, and act as a Malbon brand

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or customer-facing experience.
• Passion for golf and culture.
• Proven sales ability with upselling and results.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated, customer-first experience.
• Lead by example on the sales floor to hit sales goals.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to analyze KPIs.
• Train and motivate team members.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, and daily operations.
• Assist with local activations and events.
• Represent Malbon as a brand ambassador.
