Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated, customer-first experience on the sales floor.
• Lead by example to support the team in hitting sales goals.
• Analyze KPIs and drive continuous improvement with the Store Manager.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members; identify future leaders.
• Oversee inventory, shipments, fitting rooms, and merchandising.
• Support local activations and community-building initiatives.
• Represent Malbon with energy and product knowledge.
