Job summary

Malbon is seeking a Sales Supervisor for our Pinehurst, NC boutique. This in-store leadership role requires a manager who motivates by example and delivers an authentic customer experience aligned with our brand culture.

You will support the Store Manager, coach staff, and manage daily duties from inventory to merchandising. A passion for golf, strong communication, and flexible availability (including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays) are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or customer-facing experience.
• Leadership or key-holder experience preferred.
• Passion for golf and culture and its intersection with fashion lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated, customer-first experience and embody Malbon’s brand values.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, supporting the team to hit sales goals.
• Analyze KPIs (conversion, UPT, AOV) with Store Manager to drive improvements.
• Train and motivate team members and identify future leaders.
• Oversee operations like inventory, shipments, fitting room, and merchandising.
• Support local activations, events, and community-building initiatives.
