Job summary

GreatLIFE Golf is seeking a part-time Pro Shop Attendant for Royal Manchester Golf Links in Mount Wolf, PA. This role focuses on delivering a positive guest experience and supporting daily club operations.

You'll assist with tee times, merchandise sales, cash handling, event setup, and courteous service to all guests, while learning course policies and cart rules. Regular attendance, teamwork, and safe work practices are essential; the position offers a friendly, active environment with a $10.00

Qualifications

Creates a positive experience by assisting guests and members with inside services.
Assists with cash and credit card handling.
Supports scheduling tee times and selling merchandise.
Assists in educating players regarding course policy, current cart policy, speed of play and so forth.

Responsibilities

Assist with upkeep of the clubhouse and pro shop.
Set up and execute golf tournaments and outings.
Provide courteous service to all guests.
Handle cash and/or credit card transactions accurately.
Support business operations by scheduling tee times, resolving customer concerns and selling merchandise.
Educate players on course policies and speed of play.
May direct start of play.
Maintain records of golfers renting clubs.
Assist with food and beverage activities as needed.
Incorporate safe work practices and maintain regular attendance.
Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
