You’ll work in a team-oriented setting, delivering friendly service to golfers and visitors while maintaining a clean, welcoming pro shop and contributing to overall course operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer interactions and ability to communicate with others.
• Some knowledge of handling payments and basic transactions.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome golfers and provide friendly customer service in the Pro Shop.
• Schedule tee times and process purchases, rentals, and other transactions using a POS system.
• Assist with merchandise sales, inventory, golf cart rentals, and equipment.
• Clean, stage, and organize golf carts for customer use.
• Help maintain a clean, organized Pro Shop and assist as starter/ranger when needed.
• Support food and beverage service in grill rooms or carts as assigned.
