GreatLIFE Golf in Wichita, Kansas is seeking a part-time Golf Operations Attendant to join Tallgrass Country Club. This role supports guests and members with outside services, cart handling, and course readiness.

You will maintain clubhouse and cart areas, assist with tournaments, and ensure courteous service. Regular attendance is expected; the job includes standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and occasional start-of-play duties.

Qualifications

• Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Customer service oriented with a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assists with the upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area and parking lot.
• Assists in setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings.
• Provides courteous service to guests with bag handling and club cleaning.
• Maintains cart staging, podium and bag drop areas in neat condition.
• Presents practice facility with balls and maintains ball inventory throughout the day.
• May direct start of play and assists with rental clubs and related records.
