Job summary

Wichita Country Club is seeking a dedicated Grounds Crew member to maintain the club's outdoor spaces to a high standard. This physically demanding role requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include operating equipment, maintaining bunkers, edging, mowing, and assisting with golf course setup. Lifting up to 50 lbs and prior landscape experience are beneficial.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in golf or landscape maintenance preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Maintains landscapes using handheld equipment.
• Rakes and maintains sand bunkers.
• Operates small machinery for edging, trimming and mowing.
• Prepares soil beds for sod, seed and vegetation.
• Assists with golf course setup and debris cleanup.
• Operates utility vehicles for hauling material.
