Responsibilities

Engage with every customer and provide world-class service using PGA TOUR Service behaviors.
Perform Club Services such as re-gripping, re-shafting, loft and lie measurements/adjustments.
Handle front-end operations including returns, exchanges, gift cards, promotions, and loyalty rewards.
Maintain premier merchandise presentation and a clean, professional front-end area.
Document repair orders and communicate repair options, costs and timelines to customers.
