Job summary

FC Cincinnati is seeking a Part-Time Pre-Academy/Academy Goalkeeper Coach to develop and lead the U8–U12 goalkeepers within the club's GK philosophy. You will design training plans, run sessions, and collaborate with the Pre-Academy director to build a cohesive program.

This role also involves scouting and recruitment for the academy, attending events, and supporting other GK coaches. Evening, weekend, and holiday work is required to align with the FCC schedule.

Qualifications

• USSF C License preferred.
• GK License preferred.
• 2-4 years of youth goalkeeper coaching background/experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office/macOS.
• Valid US Driver’s license.
• Ability to work outside regular business hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Design Pre-Academy goalkeeper training plans for age bands U8 through U12.
• Lead U8 through U12 Pre-Academy goalkeepers during all training sessions (and games).
• Work closely with Pre-Academy director in setting up and running all Pre-Academy Sessions.
• Support all FCC goalkeeping coaches.
• Create a Pre-Academy goalkeeper curriculum alongside the FCC Academy GK coaches.
• Document all training sessions.
• Contribute to GK recruitment discussions; assist try-outs and camps; attend local and nationwide events.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
