Job summary

Qualifications
- Valid New Jersey Instructional Certificate - Elementary Education.
- Experience with elementary age students.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct instruction to students identified as gifted and talented.
- Develop and implement a flexible, curriculum-based enrichment program to meet gifted pupils' academic needs and foster collaboration.
- Serve as a resource for classroom teachers with materials, ideas, and differentiated instructional methods for gifted students in the regular classroom.
- Collaborate with administration to develop in-service training on differentiated instruction for gifted learners.
- Confer with parents concerning individual students.
- Develop and maintain records and reports to assess program effectiveness.
