Job summary

PsychoGeriatric Services (PGS) is seeking a part-time Therapist (Psychologist, LPC, or LCSW) to support residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. You will work autonomously with clinical and administrative support in a multi-location coverage model across Gainesville and Warrenton, VA.

Qualifications

• State licensure as Psychologist, LPC, or LCSW is required.
• Monday–Friday availability during normal business hours.
• Ability to stand for 20 minutes and lift up to 15 pounds.
• Values-driven and eager to grow with the team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family counseling to patients.
• Coordinate care with facility teams and staff.
• Adhere to state/federal guidelines and PGS protocols.
• Educate staff to support holistic, patient-centered care.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation.
