Qualifications

• Successful completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensure as required by the State of Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients to determine status and plan treatment.
• Develop and implement treatment plans to improve independence.
• Supervise PTAs and aides, document care, and maintain records.
• Participate in patient care conferences and CQI activities.
• Coordinate in-service programs and new program development.
• Adhere to current standards of clinical practice.
