Job summary

AlignMed Partners seeks an Advanced Practice Provider for a part-time role at our Casa de Oro Center in Las Cruces, NM. The provider will deliver primary and urgent care to nursing center residents in collaboration with the Medical Director and center leadership.

NPs and PAs with state licensure and DEA credentials are welcome. Two years of geriatric or adult care preferred, with a no-on-call, weekends schedule and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with NP certification and MSN in Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Physician Assistant must be ARC-PA accredited and pass the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE).
• Two years of adult or geriatric clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership and Medical Director to deliver high-quality care.
