Cornerstone Clinical Partners is seeking a Part-Time Primary Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician’s Assistant to provide on-site care for residents in long-term care facilities in Gastonia, NC. The role emphasizes meaningful patient relationships and collaborative care with weekend coverage.

The ideal candidate holds an unrestricted NP/PA license (or physician license) with a NC license in good standing and has prior LTC experience. Strong communication and clinical skills are required.

• Active and unrestricted NP/PA license or physician license.
• State license in good standing in North Carolina.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
• Strong communication, clinical, and critical thinking skills.
• Passion for elder care and patient‑centered healthcare.

• Provide primary care services to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
• Perform physical exams and medical history assessments.
• Diagnose and treat chronic and acute health conditions.
